1600 Boxes Packed Saturday

Saturday July 10, 2010 more then 30 people arrived at 7 AM to greet a challenge to prepare 1600 boxes for distribution to needy families in York County.
The organized chaos assembled the 1600 boxes, over 45,000 pounds of food, onto 27 pallets in preparation for delivery to distribution sites throughout York County.
Mike Cramer, York County Food Bank Board of Directors' President, made time Saturday to stop by and thank all those who showed up,and pitched in himself for a couple hours breaking down boxes and making up pallets.
