In our fragile economy people are looking for any light at the end of the tunnel they can find. The job market is beginning to turn around, which is leading to more people feeling a little more comfortable with their financial status. We are not so far removed from the worries of previous years to forget just how lucky we are to have what we have. Many among us are still struggling to keep food on the table and a roof over their head. Every once in a while, it's nice to hear about someone working to give back. Metro Bank feels the same way. They know how hard the economy has been on everyone, and have stepped up to do their part.

Metro Bank presented the York County Food Bank with a check for $500.00 to help the food bank continue it's mission of making sure everyone in York County has enough to eat. We would like to thank everyone at Metro Bank for your generosity. Thank you for giving back, and spreading a little light during this holiday season.
