"It's important. It's something we just have to do."
Jane Maddux of Standard Register understood what York County was facing. With growing populations of unemployed, and ever increasing ranks of families who are food insecure, there is a need for people to reach out to the community they are a part of. Teaming up with the Helping Hands Committee of Standard Register, they held a two week long food drive, generating 250 pounds of donations for local families.

Happy with their effort, the Helping Hands Committee have decided to continue their efforts in a pledge to fight hunger in York County. Partnering with other local print companies to hold an industry wide food drive. The first of it's kind in York County, it is set to occur in the beginning of next year.

We would like to thank them for their great effort in holding the food drive, and for their continued generosity and support of our mission to end hunger in York County.
