Show Description
The RIDE FOR HUNGERSM Bike/Car Expo is an indoor show developed to provide a venue for motorcycle enthusiasts and car enthusiasts to express their artistry and love for their machines. The show allows both collectors and the public to view the latest from local dealers, custom shops, suppliers, and service providers. This is designed as a family-friendly show. Proceeds will benefit the York County Food Bank, Inc. and their fight against hunger.

Bike Show Contest
Enter your vintage, stock, full custom or street performance motorcycle for judging at the show. The judging panel will consist of industry professionals and show attendees. Early registration for the contest is $20 for all who are registered on or before 5/02/05 and includes a 10-ft. x 10-ft. indoor space. Registration on the day of the event is $25.00. Electric is available at an additional cost of $15 and MUST be requested in advance.
RIDE FOR HUNGER motorcycle riders entering the bike show, will receive a discount, see rider registration packet.

Car Show Contest
Enter your antique, stock, custom, or best of show automobile for judging at the show. The judging panel will consist of industry professionals and show attendees. Early registration for the contest is $35 to for all who are registered on or before 5/02/05 and includes a 10-ft. x 20-ft. indoor space. Registration on the day of the event is $45.00. Electric is available at an additional cost of $15 and MUST be requested in advance.
RIDE FOR HUNGER motorcycle riders entering the car show, will receive a discount, see rider registration packet.

Vendor Options
This show has a built-in audience of motorcyclists who are participating in the RIDE FOR HUNGERSM event. Whether you are a dealer, custom shop owner or vendor you will not want to miss this opportunity to talk with potential customers! Indoor booth space is $52 per 10-ft. x 10-ft. Additional booth spaces are available for an additional $52. Electric is available at an additional cost of $15 per booth space and MUST be requested in advance. Each reserved vendor booth includes two passes into the gate.

Parking/Admission
Parking and admission, into York Expo gates is $2.00 per person. This admission will allow access to the RIDE FOR HUNGERSM and World's Greatest Yard Sale activities.

Food Service Option
Food will be on the premises with a variety of choices to purchase.

Bike/Car Show and Vendor Guidelines

1. TABLES & CHAIRS: It is your responsibility to provide your own tables and chairs. Under no circumstances will these be provided.

2. SECURITY: Security will be provided during the event. Your personal and business property remains your responsibility and you hereby release the York County Food Bank, Inc., RIDE FOR HUNGERSM sponsors, and York Expo Center from responsibility for your lost or stolen property.

3. CANCELLATIONS: NO refunds for cancellations.

4. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: These are strictly forbidden.

5. NO COLORS: Strictly forbidden and enforced.

6. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is strictly forbidden. Outdoor areas are provided for smoking.

7. ILLEGAL SALES: The selling of illegal knives, blowguns, and drug related merchandise, alcohol or any other item that may be considered illegal is prohibited. The York County Food Bank, Inc., RIDE FOR HUNGERSM sponsors, and York Expo Center are not responsible for any penalties or fines levied by any law enforcement agency.

8. DISPLAY VEHICLES: Fuel tanks must contain less than 25% fuel and gas caps must be masked off. The starting of engines on the show floor is strictly forbidden during show hours. Any engine started, will result in immediate removal from the event, no refund will be given.

9. FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES: The sale of food and beverage from exhibit booths is prohibited.

10. SET-UP: All vendors must report to the Toyota Arena Building East Arena by 8:00 AM. Ride For Hunger Gate will be open at 6:00 AM. Setup must be completed by 9:00 a.m. Breakdown must be completed by 8:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!

11. SUB-LETTING: No Sub-letting of space is allowed.

12. CLEAR AISLES: Vendors must stay within their space. Display Items must be kept out of the aisles.

13. ENFORCEMENT OF REGULATIONS: York County Food Bank, Inc reserves the right to enforce these regulations. Vendors not complying will be removed. Future vendor space will be at the discretion of the RIDE FOR HUNGERSM committee.

14. REPAIRS: No Glass Containers are permitted on premises. No helium filled balloons. No pasting of signs on walls in the Toyota building is allowed. Violators agree to pay for the cost of repairs or replacement for any and all damages as a result of not complying with these regulations. Said costs of repair or replacement for any and all damage shall be paid promptly by violator upon demand of the York County Food Bank, Inc., who will provide an accounting for said damage costs
