| The York County Food Bank Inc. Ride For Hungersm
was founded in 2000 by Jonathan W. Fisher. and held its first annual Ride
For Hunger on June 16, 2001. After a succesful event it was determined
the event would need a commitee assembled to assist in the growth of the
event.
On February 5, 2002 the York County Food Bank Inc.was awarded a Certificate
Of Registration from the United States Patend and Trademark Office for
both the phrase Ride For Hungersm and the logo
of the motorcycle rider crashing through the stop hunger circle as both
being service marks of the Ride For Hungersm.
